You will receive a ten minute personalized audio message reading in response, detailing the tone of the upcoming week. After receiving your audio, you will have the opportunity to respond by text for additional clarity and a back and forth.

These in person (East Los Angeles) or virtual sessions are seasonal. Spring, summer, fall and winter readings tracking your long term progress and what’s to come for each quarter. Holistic, in depth and personalized guidance that grounds your long term progression.
