Yasmin has been based in Los Angeles since 2020 and lived in New York City before then. Born in Boston, she spent ages one to six in Montclair, NJ, then moved to Vienna, Austria where she spent the large part of her childhood. She then attended high school in Darien, CT before heading to the University of Rochester on a full merit scholarship to study engineering. In 2017, she took a leave of absence from the U of R to work with a non profit startup. This eventually turned into fully moving on from the academic system to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures.

After a lifetime of your typical zodiac small talk, her real journey with astrology and tarot began in 2017, when she began researching the tropical system of astrology (Western). After discovering Eastern astrology, her trajectory shifted with great expansion and magnitude.

The accuracy of Vedic predictive timelines, in particular, led her to take a serious interest in learning its methods of birth chart interpretation. This passion has led her through extensive advanced studies (James Braha coursework) and to developing her own practice.

As a fluid conduit for spiritual information, Yasmin’s Tarot interpretation naturally evolved into an intuitive and on-the-fly practice. This modality offers insights through a physical channeling of the moment as opposed to birth chart interpretation, which requires preparation.

Yasmin’s choice to embrace divinatory guidance as a profession came after letting go of restrictive beliefs from the scientific community. She maintains that the empirical study of celestial configurations directly reveals an intersection between science and what is commonly referred to as ‘spirituality’.

Outside of her metaphysical passions, Yasmin is a musician and producer. Her first five years in Los Angeles were largely spent producing music.
